Parking Policy

Garage parking for your vehicle is available on a monthly rental basis. Please contact the Leasing Office concerning leasing information. Parking shall be in the spaces provided, indicated by the white lines painted on all parking areas. Parking is not permitted in those areas designated as fire lanes, front and service entrances or “no parking” areas. This rule shall be enforced by towing away of any vehicle in violation at the owner’s expense.

No resident shall park any motor vehicle, which has 5% or more surface damage to the exterior of the vehicle in the parking area. Resident must remove such vehicle from said parking lot or obtain such repairs to the vehicle as are necessary to bring into conformance with this regulation within thirty days of notice from management.

In the event any resident fails to do so, in addition to all other remedies, Management shall have the right to remove store and/or dispose of the vehicle. No automotive repairs are permitted anywhere within the garage. Unregistered, undriveable or junk cars will be subject to removal at the Owner’s expense.

The washing and polishing of automobiles, motor cycles, trucks are prohibited on the grounds or parking areas.

Should you need to cancel one or more garage spaces, management must be informed on the first day of a given month with a thirty (30) days notice in writing. The garage card must be submitted to the Management Office on the last day of the month.

Parking tags must be displayed from the vehicle’s rear window, and be visible at all times in order to avoid possible towing. The fee for a lost card and tag will be $25 for replacement.
